One of the major differences between todays EA and Enterprise Architecture work done a few years ago is the impact of GDPR and other privacy regulations. The other major change is the impact of VUCA, and this is the reason I added both privacy and VUCA to Architecture Principles.
KPI-based approach to Privacy
The main purpose of this topic is to discuss the state for affairs of GDPR for a DPO in a typical mid/large enterprise. Furthermore, we are trying to introduce a simple, pragmatic approach and framework that can be used in a typical business scenario.
